Neat Retro Wooden Bar Cafe Menu Board This board was purchased in the late 1980s at the St. Lawrence Market in Toronto. It is not an antique, but it’s not brand new. It is intended for use to chalk in menu items for lunch or dinner – or any other meal for that matter, and it looks just great in a kitchen. The board is all wood, except for the 3D pigs carrying the roast on the top. They are some kind of composite material. One of them has a broken ear that has been repaired. Even though the board is wood, chalk is the material for writing in the black area and it rubs off easily. The board is 40 inches tall and 17 ½ inches across the main writing area of the board. It is created with a rustic look and all of the imperfections and spacing of the wood panels is original to create the desired effect. It has a good weight to it and is in very good condition. Buyer must pick up in Aurora. $25. Phone 905-727-4395
